Painting with Gouache on Marbled Paper

A four-part self-paced workshop exploring how to combine the vibrant, opaque qualities of gouache with the rich textures and patterns of marbled paper. Across four recorded lessons, Gabrielle Reeves guides you from materials and planning to creating a finished painting with a focus on composition, layering, depth, detail and responding creatively to the surface of the paper. For this recorded course, students will focus on the suggested theme of “Water” for their painting.
