Gabrielle Reeves creates custom commissioned artworks for collectors, personal projects, gifts, interiors
and meaningful visual memories. Each commission begins with a conversation about the subject, medium, scale, timeline and atmosphere of the piece.

What Can Be Commissioned
Gabrielle accepts a variety of commissions, including portraits, animals and pets, architectural scenes, landscapes, and travel memories. Each project is shaped through reference images, conversation and the intended mood or purpose of the final artwork.
Mediums: Gouache, watercolor, oil, acrylic, mixed media on paper or canvas, graphite or pen.
From Preliminary Sketches to Finished Works
Commissions begin with preliminary sketches that help define the composition, movement, atmosphere and visual direction of the piece before the final artwork is created. These early studies offer a glimpse into Gabrielle Reeves’s process and show how each commissioned work develops from an initial idea into a finished painting or drawing.

The Commission Process
1. Inquiry
Share your idea, preferred subject, medium, size, timeline and any visual references.
2. Conversation
Gabrielle reviews the request and discusses the direction, atmosphere, material and scope of the
piece.
3. Quote & Confirmation
A custom quote is provided based on size, material, complexity and timeline. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the commission before work begins.
4. Creation
Gabrielle begins the artwork and may share progress updates depending on the nature of the project.
5. Completion
& Delivery
The remaining balance is completed before the artwork is shipped, delivered or collected.
Pricing & Timeline
Commission prices are quoted individually depending on size, material, level of detail and the overall length of the project. Delivery time can range from approximately 2 weeks to 6 months depending on the size, medium and involvement of the commission. A 30% deposit is required to secure the commission, with the remaining balance due before the artwork is shipped, delivered, or collected.
Shipping & Framing
Shipping and framing are not included in the commission cost and will be calculated separately when needed.
